There is such a beautiful tranquility when you arrive at Painted Rock Winery – I love how it is slightly tucked away from the busyness of life and the overall quiet serenity of the space. Oh, and the 360 degree view of the sparkling lake! Even behind the winery stands the stoic Skaha Bluffs, providing another breath taking view that is awe inspiring. What a dream location to get married!
I was so excited to photograph Sherrise & Steven’s outdoor ceremony and reception at Painted Rock Winery in the beautiful month of June. Their wedding was bursting with romantic florals in shades of white and blush and elegant décor. There is something so romantic about dining outdoors in a lavishly decorated tent among people you love. Sherrise’s wedding gown was so stunning and only afterwards did we discover that it was an “Austin Scarlett” design. We remember watching this young designer on a reality TV series many, many years ago and loving his work and were so happy he made it big and that I was now photographing one of his designs!
